Self-Discipline Is the Key to Freedom

If you have been to bet how commonly the average character tries earlier than giving up, what would be your bet? 1, 2, or 3 times? The majority of people surrender before they even attempt. They spend so much time intention setting and preparing, that they forget the most critical a part of the plan: discipline. The biggest false impression approximately field is it's far something you have. Actually, the area is something you do. In your commercial enterprise, discipline is shedding habits that preserve your commercial enterprises returned, such as immoderate time on social media and fact television; and constructing up behavior that carries you towards success, including private development, prospecting, and income. Strengthening your self-discipline can be in comparison to building up a robust accept as true with the fund for your future. How some distance are you willing to head to accumulate that agree with the fund? Self-Discipline is a Skill Self-Discipline is not a

How to be a productive morning person?

I see September as new year, I think I am still in the term time/school mindset. Therefore, I thought I would do a post related to getting into a morning routine and being a morning person.

I think we all want to be able to get out of bed in the morning and be super productive, when the reality is actually laying in our beds, on our phones, lounging around, until suddenly we have 5 minutes to do everything we need to do before running out of the house- anyone relate?!

But for a few years now, I am actually one of those annoying people who gets up early and has a productive morning, however with these tips you may be able to become more of a morning person.

1) When you wake up GET UP. If you want a bit of 'wake up time', make a cup of tea or coffee, sit on the sofa and chill there, but don't lay in bed because you will just fall back asleep!

2) This may seem super obvious but don't let yourself go to bed at 1am the night before. Be realistic, if you are going to be at 1am, getting up at 7am is going to be very difficult. Try going to bed at 11pm instead, you will thank yourself in the morning. Getting up earlier shouldn't mean compromising sleep as this will actually make you LESS productive.

3) Get dressed! I am the queen of pj's and loungewear. I cannot wait to get into comfy clothes, however, actually getting dressed will 100% make you feel instantly more productive.

4) Wash your face with cold water, harsh I know but I for sure makes you feel fresh and ready for the day.

5) Find a routine that works for you. Do you want breakfast first? Get dressed first? Have a shower? Do a bit of planning? Whatever works for you, do it and stick to it. Once you have a morning routine, you can just get up and do what you need to do without even thinking. I personally like to take some time to look at my diary and make a to do list.

6) This goes against being a productive morning person but... Have a day when you do get to lounge and lay in and not actually be a morning person. Though being a morning person is great, it is nice to have a day where you don't have to drag yourself out of bed at the crack of dawn! Though I recommend this be on a Saturday then wake up early on Sunday, so Monday is not as daunting- but that is just my personal preference.

I hope this helps at least one of you, let me know if it has helped you be more of a morning person!
